It's great for your skin with 50% pure extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil. It has colloidal oatmeal so it has a very mild exfoliant effect as well.

Ginger Soap Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Colloidal Oatmeal, Distilled Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Essential Oils, Extra Nutrients.
